Therapy sessions are designed to support my clients in making progress towards specific goals that we design together. I will guide this process and provide tools during our office visits. Sometimes therapy is helpful to prepare a person with coping skills to become ready for surgeries, or to better cope with their medical condition, especially when chronic pain is involved...
